The 1470 KXOA transmitter is between the levee and the American River in a

KXOA-FM aka K108 had an annual Chili Cookoff which ended up in Old Sac. Firefighter Schwartz (as opposed to Engineer Schwartz and Pilot Schwartz) directed traffic |
